At “The Art of Flower”, we are committed to providing high-quality plant care consultations and services. However, if you’re not satisfied with your subscription or consultation, we want to make sure you have a clear process for requesting a refund or discussing any concerns.
1. Subscription Refunds
Since our services are delivered through digital consultations, and the nature of the service involves personalized advice tailored to each customer, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions after they have been processed.
However, if you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us within the first 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or an alternative service that better suits your needs.
2. Consultation Refunds
If you feel that a consultation was not helpful or did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. We will review the situation and, if necessary, offer a re-consultation or a partial refund.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing period, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that all digital consultations, including personalized plant care plans, plant disease diagnoses, and other services that are rendered after the consultation has begun, are non-refundable.
